We supply two categories of distribution transformer optimized for industrial power distribution, alongside supplementary low-voltage isolation solutions.

SCB Series Cast-Resin Dry-Type (Indoor Plant Distribution)

  • Self-extinguishing epoxy resin encapsulation with Class F/H insulation system — zero fire risk, eliminates the need for oil-containment pits and fire-rated vaults.
  • K-factor rated winding design available (K-4, K-9, K-13) for plants with high VFD and rectifier penetration — oversized neutral bar (200%) and interleaved winding geometry to manage triple-N harmonics without derating.
  • AF (forced air cooling) mode provides 150% rated capacity for 30 minutes — critical for motor-starting sequences, batch process peak demands, and compressor staging.
  • Compact footprint: a 1600kVA SCB13 unit occupies ≤2.2m × 1.6m floor area with front-access HV and LV terminations — enabling two-transformer redundancy in standard electrical rooms.

S13-M Sealed Oil-Immersed (Outdoor Plant Substation)

  • Fully sealed corrugated tank with elastic fin oil-expansion compensation — zero maintenance for 15+ years, ideal for unmanned outdoor plant substations.
  • 3mm+ tank steel with reinforced welding and C4/C5 corrosion coating options for chemical plant and coastal industrial environments.
  • Available with off-circuit tap changer (±5% in 2.5% steps) or on-load tap changer for plants requiring voltage adjustment without supply interruption.

K-Factor Harmonic Mitigation: For industrial facilities with >25% non-linear load ratio, we apply IEEE C57.110 K-Factor derating methodology during transformer selection to ensure the winding hotspot temperature remains within the insulation thermal class limit even under severe harmonic loading.

Automation & Control Supply: Additionally, for automation control cabinets requiring power and signal isolation, we also provide toroidal transformers (15–5000 VA) and C-Core transformers (100–10,000 VA) as supplementary product lines for low-voltage isolated power supply in PLC control cabinets, servo drive cabinets, and sensor arrays.
